We need to upgrade OS of our all PCs from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Before this we need to confirm compatibility of TA Advantage V5.5.3 with Windows 10.

The only version that I've found on the official website for TA Advantage is 5.5.24 and the compatibility is the following one:
Supported Operating Systems: 32 & 64-bit versions of Windows XP Professional, Vista Business and Ultimate, and Windows 7 Ultimate & Professional
As you can see, Windows 10 does not appear to be supported. If you download the following PDF, you'll see that even for version 5.5.3 Windows 10 is not supported at this time.
